Jaw crusher application:
Jaw crusher can used in quarries, coal mining, gravel yards, concrete and garbage recycling, construction waste treatment, where there are a large number of small and medium-sized raw ore soil layers that do not need coarse crushing, fine crushing and shaping of materials, crushed or collected sand or finished sand that needs to be processed, and frequently moved working environments
Working principle:
The motor drives the belt and pulley of the jaw crusher, which makes the movable jaw move up and down through the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw moves downward, the angle between the fixed jaw and the movable jaw becomes smaller, and the material is crushed to achieve the purpose of crushing; when the movable jaw rises, the angle between the fixed jaw and the movable jaw becomes larger, and the movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of the pull rod and spring, and the crushed material is discharged from the lower opening of the crushing chamber.
